These FAQs cover how coaching communication works, how often you check in, and the level of support you can expect throughout the program. They explain Tony’s hands-on approach, how accountability is built in, and how the program adapts to real life challenges, injuries, or off weeks so you’re supported every step of the way.
How often do we check in?
Clients complete regular weekly check-ins where progress, challenges, and adjustments are reviewed. Tony personally responds and updates your plan as needed.
Will I be working directly with Tony?
Yes. This is one-on-one coaching. Your plan, feedback, and adjustments are handled directly by Tony, not automated systems or assistants.
What happens if I miss a workout or have a tough week?
Nothing “bad” happens. The program is designed to adapt. If life gets busy or things don’t go as planned, the focus is on adjusting forward, not starting over.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Programs are built to work around injuries, limitations, or medical considerations. Exercises and progressions are selected to keep you safe while still making progress.
Is there accountability beyond check-ins?
Yes. In addition to weekly coaching feedback, clients have access to a private community for support, encouragement, and shared accountability.
