Nutrition

These FAQs explain how nutrition coaching is approached without rigid meal plans or extreme rules. They cover flexibility, optional tracking, and how nutrition is designed to fit real life, including family meals, social events, and travel, while supporting fat loss, energy, and long-term consistency.

Do you provide meal plans?

Instead of rigid meal plans, nutrition coaching focuses on flexible guidelines and habits that fit your lifestyle. This helps you stay consistent without feeling restricted.

Will I have to track macros or calories?

Tracking is optional and used only if it supports your goals. Many clients focus on simple habits and structure rather than strict tracking.

Is this a diet?

No. This is a sustainable approach to nutrition designed to support fat loss, performance, and energy without eliminating food groups or creating guilt around eating.

Can this work for families and social life?

Programs are built to work around injuries, limitations, or medical considerations. Exercises and progressions are selected to keep you safe while still making progress.

Is there accountability beyond check-ins?

Yes. In addition to weekly coaching feedback, clients have access to a private community for support, encouragement, and shared accountability.
