Is this just physical training, or does mindset matter too?

Mindset is a major part of long-term success. The program focuses on building confidence, reducing guilt around food and workouts, and replacing all-or-nothing thinking with sustainable habits.

How does this program support mental wellness?

By removing overwhelm and uncertainty. Knowing what to do, why you’re doing it, and how to adjust reduces stress and builds trust in yourself again. Progress feels calmer and more controlled.

Will this help me stop feeling guilty when I miss workouts or eat off-plan?

Yes. The program is designed to help you respond to setbacks without spiraling. Missed workouts or imperfect meals are handled with adjustment, not punishment.

Is this therapy or mental health counseling?
