How soon will I see results?

Most clients notice changes in energy, strength, and consistency within the first few weeks. Physical changes typically follow as habits become consistent.

Is weight loss the main goal?

Not always. While many clients lose weight and inches, the primary focus is sustainable fat loss, strength, confidence, and long-term habits.

What if I’ve failed programs before?
