I'm a certified personal trainer and coach that holds certifications with ACE, PPSC, and Pn1 Nutrition. I'm a fanatic for sushi, human movement, and pyramid theories (I can literally talk for hours about this). I fell in love with fitness at 13yrs old going with my Dad to Gold's Gym and never looked back. Every training program and nutrition protocol we set is based on years of experience training clients, continuing education and mentorship programs.
